Planning for Grade 12 Grads

MAY 7, 2021 -- Over the past few months, Regina Public Schools staff have been anticipating the end of the school year and graduation ceremonies for our Grade 12 students.

We are very pleased to be in a position to share that we have worked on a partnership with Regina Exhibition Association Limited and have some tentative options in place to allow each of our Grade 12 graduates, and a limited number of guests, to participate in a graduation ceremony.

It is our hope that each high school will celebrate their Grade 12 graduation at Mosaic Stadium.

Unfortunately, the current Government guidelines posted on April 28,2021, limit outdoor graduations to a maximum of 30 guests.

Wellness Wednesday Tip - Kindness

3 weeks 5 days ago
Wellness Wednesday Tip - Kindness

APRIL 21, 2021 -- Kindness. We can all likely think of things each day that we say or do that are acts of kindness, but why does kindness matter to our mental health and well-being?

Kindness is linked with compassion and is considered to be an antidote for isolation, which is so important at this time. It boosts our mood, strengthens our relationships, buffers negative aspects of stress, and reinforces that there is good in us! Even reflecting on times when we have shown kindness makes us feel better!

Look for ways to facilitate kindness in your workplace, community, home and social media. And be kind to yourself!
